Welcome to our Silent Meditation Retreat, a transformative experience that will help you deepen your meditation practice and cultivate inner peace.

During this retreat, you will have the opportunity to meditate for eight hours daily for 3 days continuosly, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the present moment and connect with your inner self. Our retreat is held online via Zoom, so you can participate from the comfort of your own home.

Throughout the retreat, you will be guided by Tumo who will provide you with the tools and techniques necessary to deepen your practice. You will also have the opportunity to connect with other participants at the end in small group discussions, allowing you to share your insights and experiences with like-minded individuals.

Our retreat is designed for both experienced meditators and beginners, so whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for years, you will find value in this experience. By the end of the retreat, you will feel rejuvenated, centered, and equipped with the tools necessary to continue your meditation practice on your own.
